Snoring Is Louder Than A Tractor
The loudest snore in Great Britain has actually been recorded at being 111.6dB which is very loud indeed. To put it into perspective it is actually louder than any of those large washing machines and even louder than the biggest commercial washing machine. It is so loud in fact that is louder than a tractor, truck, train and even a low flying aircraft. It would certainly be very difficult to sleep in the same place as this woman, they must really care for eachother!
Of course you have to be a bit sympathetic as apparently she not only wakes her husband up but herself too which means neither of them are able to sleep. What is the reasoning behind many people not being able to find a cure?
Well many experts say that it can be overindulgence is life’s pleasures as well as a number of other reasons. Here are the main ones:
Smoking
Smoking seems to cause more problems than it does good giving people cancer, lung problems and now even snoring issues. Best advice is just do not smoke, it is bad for you and you are handing over millions to the government too!
Overeating
Snoring issues can be because of over eating and it could either be through junk food, healthy food or anything at all so is you are always snacking try sticking to the three meals a day to see if it helps.
Excercise Is Key
Excercise is actually very important and even 20-30 minutes a day can actually help you out, this can be done in short ten minute sessions to help you out!
Sleeping Position
If your partner is constantly moaning at you because you have your arm in his/her face and your leg in their gut then chances are you are not sleeping in the correct position. Try changing it to get rid of snoring.
Other reasons could be an allergy, nasal stuffiness, mouth breathing and even small nostrils, whatever it is you best sort it before you start to snore louder than the commercial laundry equipment.
