I ran out of gas. I put a little bit less than a gallon in the tank, but it still won't start.
I have run out of gas before. The last time, I ran out of gas, my brother turn on the engine and push the gas pedal several times. I have tried doing this, but it still won't turn on , and it doesn't make any noise when I push the gas pedal. Do you think that I should put more gas in the tank?

Answer:
The reason it won't start now is probably because you put in such a small amount of gas that the fuel pump can't touch it - you may be parked on a slight angle, so that the fuel is lying toward one end or side of the tank. Add more, a couple of gallons, and it'll probably start.
